corporations abused this program for 35 years.. Disney and Google underpaid foreign workers by $95 million while firing Americans to justify the hires.. and now the fix isn't punishing the companies.. it's charging the workers..

the worst part.. companies will just hire remotely from Bangalore at a third of the cost.. no visa.. no fee.. no American hired either..

this doesn't protect American jobs.. it kills the only version of immigration that required people to physically live here.. pay rent here.. pay taxes here.. and replaces it with nothing
