@PhlawlessPharm @_RachelleAndrea No- I get that that’s often the issue. I’m charge so I’m constantly fixing this before my RN calls pharmacy

What I’m talking about is pharmacy is calling before I’ve completed the triage. H&W is part of that.

My pharmacy is awesome though. Fully staffed and very helpful.

@normalnorm7 It’s easy to say “ get better” but honestly the situation in the US with maternity leave is hopeless.

To get better I would have to relocate to another country.

Advent health offers 4weeks paid and then you use your PTO/STD etc.
