My BSNL number 9415411999 was wrongfully deactivated on May 16, 2026. I received incoming calls until May 8, 2026, number was active but BSNL deactivated it prematurely.
This is WRONG deactivation by BSNL while service was working.

DearBSNL Care, I have already visited the local BSNL office in Gorakhpur. The local office stated they lack administrative system permissions to reactivate an automated lifecycle deactivation from their end and advised that it can only be done from the Lko ITTeam.

Got response from BSNL Care (VikashT).
Called 1503 - Officer said "number band hone k baad complaint registered nahi hota". This Is Wrong Information ,Number wrongfully deactivated.
