@CNviolations Kale and any “artisanal” food or “farm to table” which isn’t either of those. If you write it on packaging, it’s neither of those two.

@TraumaHealing23 @nate_postlethwt Yes!! The mind not only can’t help you, it can become its own prison. We must create safety for ourselves in the ways that ‘feel’ unsafe. But this work is remarkable when we can heal through the trauma.

My therapist told me “Anger is the part of yourself that loves you the most. It knows when you are being mistreated, neglected, disrespected. It signals that you have to take a step out of a place that doesn't do you justice. It makes you aware that you need to leave a room, a job, a relationship, old patterns that don't work for you anymore. Learn to listen to your anger and make it your best friend. Then it'll leave." And that stuck with me forever.

In a toxic family system, the healthiest person causes friction. They create resistance in the familiar dynamics, and other members become uncomfortable and triggered.

Vulnerable thoughts on this Tuesday morning. I found the courage to leave. Now, in my new home, rebuilding a life with my children, feeling safer with each passing day.

If you're in a similar situation, please know help is out there. You deserve peace and deserve to feel safe.

Life can be brutal and tragic. We all need moments to dissociate. To scroll or binge watch tv. Give yourself permission to escape from life once in a while.

PEOPLE NEED TO WAKE UP...

Your 7-year-old wakes up exhausted.
Not because he's sick.
Because it's 6AM.

You pour him cereal.
Not because it's healthy.
Because it's quick.

He stares at an iPad.
Not because it's good for him.
Because you need to get ready.

The school calls later:
"He can't focus"
"He can't sit still"
"He needs testing"

The doctor writes a prescription.
Not because your boy is broken.
Because the system is.

The truth?
His brain is FIGHTING:

- Chemical food dyes
- Sugar crashes
- Screen addiction
- Sleep deprivation
- Natural energy

But we medicate the child
Instead of fixing the cause.

Your grandfather's kids:

- Played outside
- Ate real food
- Slept well
- Moved freely

No pills needed.

Modern parenting isn't convenience.
It's warfare. Against your own child.

Give him a chance:

- Clean food

- Real sleep

- Free play

- Natural movement

DON'T give him pills.
The system wants patients.

NATURE MADE WARRIORS.

CHOOSE WISELY...

This guy scanned monks' brains.

He expected normal results.

But what he found had never been seen in scientific history.

The discovery landed him on Time's 100 Most Influential People.

Here's what 30,000+ hours of meditation does to your brain:

A nutrient dense diet is mental health care.

Parents breaking cycles of generational trauma is mental health care.

Economic security is mental health care.

Time in sunlight & nature is mental heath care.

Learning how to regulate your emotions is mental health care.

She's pushing for a law that would force everyone to get their information exclusively from the news. I stopped watching mainstream media back in 2012, and I've become ten times more informed than she is about what's really happening in the world as I’m not stuck with morons reading it to me with their bent and influence efforts. It's clear she's completely delusional about how information flows happen and listen to me’ isn’t working for her anymore.

This is HUGE. Female volleyball players in the Mountain West conference drop a bombshell lawsuit against the @MountainWest citing First Amendment & Title IX violations.

Several of his SJSU teammates signed on as well. This is the way. Hold the line!!! 👏🏼

@elonmusk Please don’t cut more funding for the arts!! The arts are healing and have need of more funding. The ripple effect of the benefits of the arts in our lives are incalculable.
