We have visit Dean Street in both the last two seasons FA Cup β Extra Preliminary Round with ourselves progressing in 2024/25 and Shildon taking the victory in 2025/26.

A tough test awaits on Saturday 25th July when we visit last season's Northern Premier League β East Division Champions Redcar Athletic.
Redcar ran away with the league, winning it with 105 points with their next closest competitors (Matlock Town) finishing on 88 points.
A great opportunity to test ourselves against a strong side towards the end of our pre-season schedule.

ππ 2026 / 2027 - AWAY DAYS ππ
Oh, I do like to be beside the seasideβ¦. This is one of the trips that is ideal for early in the season when the sun is still shining.
Whether you want to pop along to the beach beforehand for fish and chips or an ice cream, there are plenty of places on the sea front which is only a 15 minute walk.
Also an ideal ground to visit by rail as the station is less than half a mile from the ground.
We first visited the ground in 2013-14 in the FA Cup when Scarborough Athletic were ground sharing, unfortunately it was a heavy 4-1 defeat that day. We returned the following season for an FA Cup Replay having drawn 2-2 at Woodhorn Lane, but again, we exited the competition in a close 1-0 defeat.
We must be due a winβ¦.. weβve played Bridlington in the last three seasons and are yet to record a point at Queensgate losing 2-0 twice and 3-1 on the other occasion.
Letβs be loud and proud at this one when the fixtures are released and get that first win at the ground!

For anyone who hasnβt been before (or even those who have), weβd strongly advise you not to have your tea before going, as the food offerings from βOnly Foods and Saucesβ are some of the best in northeast grounds. Our recommendationβ¦ The Black and Amber Burger.
