A working refrigerator before the end of the second week. I’d like to continue working with LG, as we’re in the process of replacing appliances, but this “courtesy compensation” just isn’t right.
Hi, @LGUS. Who do I need to get in touch with about getting reimbursed more than a measly $250 after it took a long 17 days for LG to repair my refrigerator? $250 doesn’t even cover food loss, not to mention all the extra money and gas spent on meals even after been guaranteed…
