Received msg for deduction of a disputed transaction 5 days post claimed travel.
On asking for the exact place and dispute, @bankofbaroda #FASTag customer care asks for RC Copies and vehicle image (which they already have BTW).

On asking the reason for this re-demand, @bankofbaroda #CustomerCare abruptly disconnected phone and never picked up again.

Felt shocked & humiliated at the toll plaza upon knowing of deactivation, also had to bear the penalty for bank's delay.
