The other day in Bangalore, I dropped by @forgeresidency

Probably one of the most cracked hacker houses I’ve seen in India.

The aesthetics are on point and the house has peak SF vibes. But more importantly, everyone is locked in. People shipping all day, gaming/watching FIFA for an hour, then getting right back to building.

That’s the part most people miss. A hacker house isn’t about renting a nice villa. It’s about creating an environment where momentum becomes contagious.

Massive respect to @ad1ceo and the team for pulling it off.

Can’t wait to be back for Demo Day and seeing all the crazy content around this cohort.

@SejalSud India's challenge isn't excess housing but too little housing where demand is highest. China's crisis came from oversupply and debt. Smarter urban planning and building closer to jobs and universities would do far more to improve affordability than a market crash.
