The era of second generation politicians born with silver spoon in a private limited parties, either at center or regional, is almost ending and their survival will become much more challenging unless they honed their talent over good period of time by starting their working from ground level upwards and not directly airdropped to important positions. They need to be more humble, respectful, avoid being arrogant and privileged as it have no place in today’s politics..
