They don't accept it. How do i get my watch repaired

I went with my fossil gen 5 Carlyle watch after confirming with fossil customer care calling (1800 296 1234) where I told that I need to send my watch for repair but after gng to Just in time I was told we don’t accept the watch

have been a regular user of Amex Gold Card for past 5 years and paid my dues diligently without a single defaultAs per  my conversation with the RM when i bought the card  as i was told its a life time free card please note I have Hdfc infinia as well #fraud
