WHY WE YO
THE QUIET BUILD
Right now, it feels like we're at a bit of a standstill. And maybe sometimes that okay.

Everyone is running in different directions, chasing whatever happens to be shiny for the next five minutes or so.

A new chain. A new launch. A new narrative. A new meta. Then tomorrow...something else.

We could chase it too. But we can use this time differently.

Slow down. Watch. Listen. Rethink a few things. Build. Prepare.

Gather the people who actually want to be here. Because not every stage of building needs to be loud or seen.

Sometimes progress is happening quietly, while everyone else is looking somewhere else.

Ideas are being tested. Plans are being made. Pieces are being put into place.

And maybe the smartest thing we can do right now is let the noise fade itself out.

Because sooner or later, some people will get tired of chasing.

Tired of jumping from one shiny object to the next.
Tired of being exit liquidity.

Eventually, people start looking for something that's been there all along.

Something solid. Something honest. Something that didn't disappear because attention moved somewhere else.

That kind of growth takes longer. We know that.

But maybe there comes a point when people are willing to give something like that a chance rather than getting burned over and over again chasing the next wave of hype.

That's the chance we're working toward and willing to take.

We're not in a race to manufacture attention for a day.
We'd rather keep building something that can hold the attention when it eventually comes.

So we'll move slowly when we need to. We'll adjust when we have to. We'll keep creating. Keep talking. Keep welcoming people in. And keep gathering.....

One person, One conversation, One Yo at a time.

We're still here. We're still building.
And when the noise finally settles...
we'll be ready. Until then.....

Yo. Good morning. Happy Sunday.

It’s cold and rainy this morning. I woke up around 3 AM and could not go back to sleep. When I finally felt like I just might, here comes Sam. So that was the end of that. lol

Now I have my coffee and I we’re listening to the rain. There is something about that sound that soothes you while letting your mind wander off.

Not quite where we were, not yet where we’ll be,
Still moving forward, even through the uncertainty. With some things understood and others not yet seen,
Sometimes we just have to exist Somewhere In Between.

Yo. Good morning. Happy Saturday.

I had some good sleep for some reason. Sam and Tigger are already outside enjoying the morning. The weekend also started with an unexpected surprise.

There is something different about being understood by family without having to explain everything. Sometimes they hear what we leave unsaid, notice when something feels off, and find their own way of letting us know we are not alone.

The people who know our silence can often hear us best,
And the way they show up can give a tired mind some much needed rest.
Hold them close the ones who continue to care. Time moves quickly, but real love always remains there.

You do not have to explain yourself to anyone. You made sure Onyx will be cared for by a vet, receive his prescription food, and be closely monitored. Some people would simply leave food out and hope for the best. You found him professional care.
I lost my mom ten years ago, and I would give anything for the chance to make just one more memory with her. Enjoy this precious time with your mother and make every moment count. Onyx is in good hands, and our prayers are with you.

I know what you are feeling right now. I really hope everything goes well with Onyx. We went through something similar with Logi, and it was nearly fatal. We recognized infections and treated those before, but the crystals caught us completely by surprise. He ended up in the emergency hospital for nine days.

Afterward, we researched everything we could. We have eight rescued cats, and Logi and his two siblings are now 13, and Logi still acts five. We cook for them twice a day, give them a good quality treat once daily, and only a little dry food. Unfortunately, many treats and dry foods contain questionable ingredients, although there are some decent natural options.

Fresh water has been extremely important, and we also learned about stone/crystal breaking/prevention supplements and adding DL-methionine to food, but definitely ask Onyx’s vet before giving him either and do research, since the correct treatment depends on the type of crystals. Since making changes and watching him closely, Logi hasn’t had any crystals/stones again.

Onyx is such a beautiful cat. We’re praying he stays safe, feels better soon, and makes a full recovery. Logi is sending him lots of love and wishing him a speedy recovery. ♥️
