Wonderful to see small Indian companies getting contracts!! 🥰
Odisha-based Coratia Technologies has signed a contract worth INR 66 crore (approx. USD 7.5 million) with the Indian Navy for the supply and maintenance of its indigenously developed Underwater Remotely Operated Vehicles (UWROVs).
This marks the first large-scale induction of India-built UWROVs into active naval operations, "strengthening the country's push for technological sovereignty under the Make in India initiative". The dual-use platforms, Jalasimha and Jaladuta, alongside Navya (ASV), are designed for sonar-based mapping and AI-enabled real-time analytics, serving both defence and civilian sectors.
The very usual scene at Chandrasekharpur P.O. Bhubaneswar. The officer in charge of receiving deposits & post is on leave. Apparently the P.O. is down due to link failure since the past 2 hrs. Rude & unapathetic staff. Developed Odisha, a joke? @CMO_Odisha@IndiaPostOffice

While on orbit I tried to capture pictures and videos so that I can share this journey with you all.
This is a Timelapse video of Bharat from space. The @iss is moving from south to north from the Indian Ocean. We are travelling along the east coast of India.
The purple flashes you see is lightening happening in thunderstorms all over the country. Once the lights fade and a dark region appears- that's Himalayas. As we cross over you see light starts to flood in because you are witnessing a sunrise in orbit. Also notice the stars in the background.
It truly is a mesmerising dance
of natural elements turning it into one beautiful spectacle.
Unfortunately I was up there during the monsoon season and it was mostly cloudy, yet I managed to steal a few shots of Bharat, one of which you are seeing.
When you see this I want you to feel as if you are sitting in the cupola((window in ISS) and witnessing it yourself.

The biggest danger to a good idea is over-specification. One good reason is enough to justify an action, adding ten “additional” reasons does not lead to better implementation. It either causes mission drift or excuses for stalling it.
Odia is one of the oldest languages of India. People of #Odisha are very proud of their language and heritage. It’s rather central to their identity.
And yet, during my stay of close to three decades here, I’ve never seen anyone mocked or mistreated over language. There’s a quiet grace in how they cherish their own and still welcome others with open arms.
Diplomacy isn’t for beginners—9 days after Indian Army said China used Pak as a live weapons laboratory during Op Sindoor & provided live intel to Pak on Indian weapons/aircraft, India’s External Affairs Minister meets China’s Vice President. Relations on a “positive trajectory”.
In last days of your life , you'll realize that no one was really watching, no one was really noticing you and you could have done whatever you wanted.
