@XfinitySupport beyond frustrated with both customer support and your mobile division. Simply trying to upgrade a device has never been such a nightmare. I am well-qualified, and they have no idea why it will not allow them to submit my order.
@Xfinity beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service trying to get a phone upgrade has been a complete nightmare for absolutely no reason! I am well qualified and not one of the 10 people I’ve spoken with on the phone or in person can figure out what the issue is
@VerizonSupport I am so upset with Verizon, traveling to the Dominican Republic with international coverage, was not able to do any live stream outside of the Wi-Fi in my room. Verizon caused me to miss out on a lot of footage.
