@AmericanAir AA assured me since I wasn’t able to take the flight that I purchased with no connecting flights available for several days after the 12 hour delay, that my rental car would be refunded. Will DM you.

I’ve tried to be reimbursed for the additional expense. We missed his rehearsal dinner, had to drive 8 hours to get to our final destination and no compensation for any of this.

You pushed back our flight 12 hours at 10PM and didn’t offer a hotel or a food voucher to a type one diabetic who stressed the importance of both #ADA #AA

AA offered 7,500 in credits when I had to pay $800 for a rental car and $400 for each of our flights. It’s extremely disappointing the lack of customer service that has been offered.
