@MTA is there a reason for removing 2 back to back Q69 stops with zero signage or warning? I feel bad for older people who now have to walk 2 stops further just to catch the bus! Luckily the nice bus driver today picked up the whole group waiting at 44th/Hunter (about 10 of us)!

Curtain rod hangers. (What?!) So I call Amazon and explain that I’ve never ordered curtain rod hangers. I was told there were glitches in the scanning system- and just to go ahead and return the blazer again as proof. Ummm… HOW DO YOU RETURN SOMETHING YOU ALREADY RETURNED?!! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I return an item (blazer I bought for a new employee and it didn’t fit. No problem- return it and get a different one, also from Amazon)

@Uber has lost its mind lately with these prices 😂

For years I chose it over Lyft/Revel/Via for not just me but our hotel guests bc it was always cheaper. Last 2 mths it’s almost 2x price of anyone else.

Not sure what’s going on, but def not recommending them anymore 😔 #NYC

No help with customer service. Wait times change by 20-30 minutes after you accept and if you cancel you get charged a fee.
