We think 65,000 thoughts a day. My "choose yourself" challenge for today is to stop these thoughts: regret, blame, anxiety, disgust, imaginary arguing, fear, wondering "why?!?", etc. Notice, Stop, Replace them with Gratitude. Time is scarce and thoughts are the building blocks.
