@alamocares I called Alamo on my way home and was told I’d receive a returned phone call. Never received a call so I drove back to the airport and manager said nothing was left in the car. So frustrating!

@alamocares returned my rental car this evening, forgot SunPass was still stuck to windshield. Returned in an hour and it was gone . 1 of the 2 employees had to have taken it. Manager no help!! Theft Not acceptable.

@Travel_Up This company SUCKS! I can’t believe they are sending out discount codes for future flights! Unresponsive to phone and email requests - I’ve been rudely spoken to and hung up on. Customer Service is horrible. I love American Express, they are dealing with them now on my behalf.
