Choosing a gentle reply doesn’t mean you’re weak; it actually means you possess a rare and godly strength.
“A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.” Proverbs 15:1
Lord, I don’t want to miss out on all that is good & beautiful in my life because I’m too busy chasing perfection. Teach me to embrace imperfections. I want to laugh & enjoy the people in my life. I want to find the beauty You've tucked into each moment. Even the imperfect ones.
A prayer of trust we can lift up tonight:
Lord, I trust You. With every hope for my future & every desire of my heart, I trust You. I trust that You have a perfect plan with flawless timing already mapped out. I don’t need to figure it out. I just need to stay close to You.
God has a plan for you. A dream you can't even imagine, an assignment you’ve not yet figured out & wouldn't even dare to consider as being for you.
Believe it, friend. God really can use any woman who surrenders her inadequacies & circumstances to Him.
We baked this up to celebrate 2 years of playing with YOU. 🎉🎂

The best thing we can do when our hearts are growing faint and we don't understand what God is doing is to call out to Him, not pull away from Him.
“From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.” Psalm 61:2
Sweet friend, let me be a gentle voice of encouragement to you today.
Just because you don’t clearly see God’s work at this moment does not mean He is not working.
Ask Him to help you to trust Him. Keep hoping, keep praying, and keep watching for His hand.
Lord, I don’t ever want to look at spending time with You as one more thing on my checklist. I want to approach You with a heart that is humble and expectant.
And I want a life that is radically changed because of Your living and active Word growing deep inside of me.
Today, let’s choose to be women who extend grace and forgiveness...
Because we know how desperately we need grace ourselves.
Because we know how freely the Lord has forgiven us.
Because we don’t want to walk around with bitterness, resentment, and anger polluting our hearts.
