The #virtual EBC program is 2 days long, and every module builds on top of itself. For example, the PHW team starts the program by working in small groups to help identify strengths & skills, then these are used to craft each participant's elevator pitch...

#Virtual EBCs give access to #veterans all over the country, allowing for more participants, and more frequent EBCs, while enabling @DeloitteUS leaders like @dhelfrich21 & @janetfoutty to join and provide incredible perspective on career transition. #DeloitteSupports

For 3 years, our PHW team partnered with @WWP to deliver EBCs to transitioning #ServiceMembers, #WoundedWarriors, #Veterans, & their families, helping participants translate military skills, develop resumes, & practice interviews. This year, the team shifted to #virtual format 🇺🇸
