Seems @amazon systems are still primitive. The great customer service is simply a cloaking for it. Amazon system is erroneously flagging orders as suspicious and auto cancelling it!. seem they didn't do proper testing! #CustomerServiceFail#CustomerExperience

DO they actually read emails ? so far none of your special teams have actually made replies for countless issues I have faced.
@AmazonHelp As you can see from the conversation, I have been following up. The issue here is the concerned team that is best to assist in this case is not responding. Please escalate this to the concerned team and ask them to respond. Making them to respond is out of my hands.

(8/8) Also many seller using cashback-for-review tactics, which I have seen in many orders I receive with a card saying receive cashback like Rs 50/100 for a review. I have reported this numerous times but still it is happening. @amazonIN@amazon !!!
