@Sean_Lunt The idea that it’s just pumped up to him is a myth. For the team to get up the pitch he is going to have to be able to take the ball with his back to goal, look after it and lay it off. For a man of his size he can’t even do that which is pretty basic at that level of football 🤷🏻‍♂️

@dixie2107 Yer there’s been a scatter gun approach to everything for years now and we’re obviously paying the consequence of that these last 2 years. And yes I think it’s a difficult place for young players to play because of the frustration around the place too, fingers crossed it picks up

@dixie2107 They weren’t going to fine him wages if the 2 clubs were already at the table over a deal IMO, was a case of when not if. The ‘I didn’t want to disrespect Everton’ line in his statement said a lot to me. Big fee for Everton anyway hopefully spend it more wisely this time round 👍🏻
