@redBus_in @Leafy_Bus your bus never showed up. Waited 5 HOURS at Kashmiri Gate yesterday. Staff first said it was coming, then stopped answering calls. No support, no update, yet @redBus_in marked the trip “completed.” Had to book another bus. @MoRTHIndia @consumeraffairs

@SwiggyInstamart such a pathetic experience delivery agent denied to deliver my order after it was out for delivery.
The support was of no help either & the order was cancelled for no reason. It was under the weight limit.
That's how you serve customers?

@MyIndusIndBank the most pathetic bank ever. Online account opened on 19th, agent rejected kyc & forze my account had to go to branch to submit kyc docs. Now that's completed but still my account is frozen & 50k is stuck. Bank don't have a clue & their system is kaput.

It's been a month now since I started that so called premium "select" account process even after facing numerous issue still that process isn't complete. Feels like I got scammed & have never seen such banking services even govt banks are doing better.

@SparIndiaHyper can you clear this issue once for all. @pincode doesn't seems to bother about customers. I got a reply from them & they are saying store is cancelling the order not them. I am done with this whataboutery you store says its them.

@pincode out of my 8 orders 4 got rejected & upon calling the store @SparIndiaHyper they said the orders are packed & ready but its you guys who don't assign the delivery partner. Your support is if no use what exactly is happening here is this a kind of hit & trial type ??

@SparIndiaHyper Thanks for the immediate action as my new order got delivered successfully also got a call from store too who explained issue was not from their side. Have placed more orders today hopefully I get them too without any issues.

@pincode what kind of platform is yours I placed 2 orders from @SparIndiaHyper (World Square Mall Ghaziabad) yesterday first they accepted but later rejected 1 in evening & another today why they accepted it first place if can't fulfill who will take responsibility of this.

@SwiggyCares now customers are being cheated openly I ordered a 500ml qty panner lababdar & see the qty they have sent do mind this costs ₹300 delivery partner also took the order to some place away and came back in 2 hrs I mean this is ridiculous see how it looks against 500ml
