This is a scandal and someone needs to be held to account. What is a Ministry doing if it is not taking direction from its Minister? #protecttheban https://t.co/XzU0nX0rh6
@herbivore_club Horrific. In countries where this exists, bleed out those who profit from animal cruelty rather than the animals. Obviously don't attend events but also, avoid businesses promoting or benefiting from supporting bull fighting and make sure you tell them why.
Farmageddon.
Terrible for cows, freshwater and the climate.
Intensive dairy, winter grazing especially, are the worst uses of land for all the ecological boundaries.

Horrific. Absolutely with you on this @domdyer70 Systems should be set up to enable animal welfare experts to provide the right advice to Police or to physically step in when they can
'I think it's one of the worst cases of animal cruelty I've ever seen.'
Animal welfare campaigner Dominic Dyer says the police that rammed a cow with their vehicle in Surrey weren't 'just trying to stop it, they were trying to kill it'.

While this is cause for celebration, a cloud looms over this milestone: the threat of the government undoing the ban. #ProtectTheBan
