5 things to keep in mind before I turn 22 :
1. Past is past. Just move on 💪🏻
2. Take good care of your health, body, mind and soul.💓
3. Family and friends are important to me 💕
4. It’s okay to be single. ✨
5. Have faith in yourself 🌸
Dear @DrDzul, our MO came up with this! Patient coming to Hosp Tg Karang for operation requiring general anaesthesia, can now have easier way understanding its risks.
Proud of the effort they put in for better & more efficient doctor-patient communication.
Sad to see the chaos caused by the latest e-Placement.
HR @ KKM has to sort things out fairly & promptly. In a profession where patient empathy is of such major importance, it’s only proper that our MOs be also given the same kind consideration.
It’s possible to have an intimate wedding but honestly kene ade restu from family juga. I’m glad my mom let me decide on everything. Simple, no bersanding just nikah & makan2.

In the new WBB shift system, though consecutive work hours for MOs are limited to 18 hours, they can't claim on-call allowance for working nights after 5pm on weekdays because it's counted as part of the 45-hour workweek. Only weekend/PH deemed "on-call".

🔵Both groups eligible for active ETAP allowance at new rate
Weekend/ public holiday, followed by weekday
🔵First group: 15-hour active on-call (7am-10pm) – eligible for active ETAP allowance at new rate
🔵Second group: 4-hour passive call (8pm-12am), eligible for passive ETAP for 4 hours. Continue working 9 hours the next weekday (12am-9am), no ETAP allowance
