So in a month of 30 days @JioCare takes vacation of 5 days. During this period CC also takes leave so customers can enjoy their wifi disconnection in peace. Jio is so considerate, they take your money to disconnect you from internet. @reliancejio get today to make ur life hell😌

If you raise a service ticket, they will close it and say it's your fault for raising it. The engineer visit timing is their choice not yours.

Now apparently all technicians have vanished from my locality hence the delay. This was a genuine "backend issue". Sorry my bad I should accept that jiofiber service is a toxic relationship. You cannot go away nor stay happy with it.

Apparently due to unforeseen circumstances @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai is not able to service it's customers problem. Not sure how the problem with router became a problem in the "jiofiber backend" though.
