@flipkartsupport and @Flipkart has never been known for customer service excellence, and I am speaking based on my own experience. So, I had a exchange scheduled and got a msg at 11:23am out for delivery and the agent called at around 12:30pm and I was not able to pick the call.

Today they are telling to wait again for 24 hours, since it’s not out for delivery but the app says that it will retry by nov 11. Means you need to understand the nuance b/w retry and out for delivery and damn you if you are busy when the delivery agent calls…
