I, Radhika Barman, disagree with the Supreme Court decision and like to express my protest here. Displacement/relocation or settlement in impoverished shelters without following ABC guidelines is unscientific and unethical as it is followed without adoption awareness campaigns. We need more dogs in homes than streets or shelters. Street dogs are in street because of human neglect and system failure. They should not be scapegoat to the whimsical & coward government's decision to divert attention from the recent allegations of Vote Chori. As an aware citizen I shall be talking on both issues and everyone else too must.
