This is so interesting.
Firstly, if youre getting your political lessons from GoT, you betray your intellectual level. You can do better. But if you are, at least understand the material you are referring to.

-- Anyway, the analysis:
The most important thing we know about Cersei is that Cersei is evil. The fact that Muneeb and his handlers can relate to an evil character like that tells us a lot about the side he speaks for. But this scene has to be contextualized, it is one of the most misunderstood scenes of GoT.

This scene isnt about power, its about hubris. Littlefinger says that "knowledge is power", and he is right from his perspective because posession of knowledge has brought him power. Cersei responds with what Muneeb here thinks is "true power", i.e the posession and control of Littlefinger's body. Because that is all that she demonstrates. We see here that she thinks that control of someone's body or momentary control over their life is "true power". However, we immediately see her limitations. Even tho she claims she can kill Littlefinger, she is unable to do so because she still needs information about Sansa from him.

What does Littlefinger do? He stands still and silent. But after leaving, he takes his knights of the Vale, marches up and destroys Roose Bolton's bastard when the time is right, defeating Cersei in the process. Cersei's hubris causes her to lose important allies like this throughout the show, eventually leading to her downfall.
So, did Cersei really have power over Littlefinger or just momentary control of his body through armed guards? The main thing that the writer keeps trying to tell us is that Cersei is blinded by her hubris.

Now back to Muneeb and his handlers. I guess they have watched GoT and are drunk on 'power'. They think momentary control of the bodies of PTI workers and the Pakistani electorate is "true power". The fact that multiple estab touts have shared this shows us how they think. It also shows how their moral compass is aligned.

If you are collectively under such delusions, fate worse than Cersei's awaits you.
