In October 2020, Mark Higton became Director of a brand new firm Luxe Life Care Ltd.
In April 2021, Luxe Life Care Consortium 2 and 3 were also registered.

In February 2021
50 companies were named in the £15 BILLION Covid Diagnostic Testing Services Framework, including Luxe Life Care Ltd
It is not in the public domain whether or not a contract was eventually granted to the company, and if so, how much that contract was for.

The company was dissolved voluntarily without filing full accounts in December 2022
Luxe Life Care Consortium 2 and 3 were dissolved in June 2023
