@scssofas well Happy Anniversary!! It's 206 days since I ordered my sofa and footstool from SCS. Sofa got here (after wrong one delivered) but 6 months and 25 days later, the footstool, allegedly broken, still isn't here! Customer service? Useless!

@scssofas unacceptable service! Waited in all day Saturday for a sofa that never got delivered and no update recieved! Called this morning (as no support available on a sunday) and was told there's a note stating rescheduled for today- no one told me! I'm at work. sort it out!
