Earlier this year we ran a promotion attached to debit card usage with an amazon gift card as a reward. This is likely what you received but to confirm you can always call us at 800.325.2424.

@chris8360 Hi Christopher we do have guidelines in place that determine how many fees can be rebated over a period of time. Although we did provide you the number to our contact center for a managers review we would have likely reached out to the manager you did in making a final decision.
