ޤަނޫނު އަސާސީ ގެ 115 ވަނަ މާއްދާގެ (ޅ) ބަޔާން ކުރާ މަޤާމް ތަކަށް, މީހުން އައްޔަން ކުރުމާއި ވަކިކުރުން ފިޔަވައި, ދައުލަތުގެ އެއްވެސް މަޤާމަކަށް، މީހުން އައްޔަން ކުރުމާއި ވަކި ކުރުމުގައި ، އެމީހަކު ސިޔާސީ ގޮތުން ގެންގުޅޭ ޙިޔާލުތަކަށް ނުވަތަ ނިސްބަތްވާ ސިޔާސީ ޕާޓީ އަށް ބުރަވެ ތަފާތު ކުރުމަކީ ޤާނޫުނު ހުއްދަ ކުރާ ކަމެއް ނޫނެވެ. ހިތަދޫ އުތުރު ދާއިރާގެ ބައި އިލެކްޝަން PNC އަށް ނާކާމިޔާބު ވުމުން، ސަރުކާރު ޙިއްސާވާ ކުންފުނިތަކުން MDP އަށް ނިސްބަތްވާ އެތެއް މުވައްޒަފަކަށް އިންޒާރު ދީ ޤާނޫނާއި ޙިލާފަށް, ވަޒީފާއިން ވަކި ކުރަމުން ދާތީ މިކަން ހަރު އަޑުން ކުށްވެރި ކުރަމެވެ. ޤާނޫނާ ޙިލާފް ތިޔަ ޢަމަލު ތަކަށް ދާދި އަވަހަށް ޖަވާބު ދާރީ ވާން ޖެހޭނެއެވެ. @TeamFenaka @WAMCOmv @Hithadhoo_Port @presidencymv
