Here's a polished version:
"Scrimmage day tomorrow against the Jesuit Rangers! The Freshman team kicks off at 5:30 PM, followed by JV at 6:30 PM, and Varsity at 7:30 PM. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!"

Elite Linebackers must develop these 3 things:
Movement Skills
In football, speed kills.
But for a Linebacker, it’s all about efficient movements.
When moving inside the Box, there are 3 basic types of Linebacker Movement:
Shuffle, Scrape, and Shoot.
Elite Linebackers master all three.
Shedding Blocks
No two blocks are the same.
Linebackers must develop a toolbox full of block shedding techniques.
This includes defeating blocks with POWER. (ie. Shock, Power Rip)
And also defeating blocks with SPEED. (ie. Rip Across Face, Punch Inside)
Elite Linebackers are ready for any type of block on game day.
Tackling
Linebackers must master both the angles of approach and the finish of the tackle.
They must also understand how to work together with their teammates (and the sideline) to create Vice Tackles.
Elite Linebackers are tackling machines.
Final Thoughts
I didn’t include “Reading the Play” in this list.
This, of course, is also key.
Linebackers must invest in the mental side of the game as they work to develop these physical skills.
Elite Linebackers play smart so they can play fast.
