Railone was a good step ahead. I thought it solved this issue , now it is worse than the old one
Why can't you hire a team and fix this.

I'm genuinely frustrated by the poor quality of your infrastructure. Being a publicly listed company and having millions of customers. You are providing very poor services .

You charge about 200rs for an unconfirmed ticket when giving a refund. That alone is sufficient for renting one vps. You have predicted traffic at everyday 10 and 11. why cant you just scale horizontally and provide good experience for the customers.
