@twoyrsaway@aryh21@POAdefenseFC@wow4357 He 100% is. Just looking the PRA + Shooting splits tells you that much. Forget every other advanced stat when prime curry had 67% TS and Kobe had 56.
@hikenloope49014@flawlopaid He’s washed now but like LeBron he was a victim to those stacked af warriors teams. Took 2018 warriors to 7 where he did shit the bed (32 points on completely garbage effiency and the team missed like 27 3’s) but other than that he’s way better than Brunson.
@AntonioFal13131@one4ghost Good: they are a team accomplishment. We should measure how well you played in those games using stats to see if it’s your fault your team lost or your teammates.
@Jordan92610634@cryninagony@DameDeadAF Yah he was a bit out of his prime but they were huge favorites. He beat a young & healthy OKC team and LeBron’s heat. Not enough credit is given to him for that for that finals. That mavs team in general did a great job suppressing LeBron it wasn’t him solely shitting the bed.
@cryninagony@DameDeadAF Shit say prime Kobe and early prime LeBron man, as well as a young super team.. they made it seem like those people performed way worse than they did
@highr0llaaa@SlipReaper Yes fucking Kevin Durant is the worst player you can do this to. It sort of worked with OKC cuz spurs had really good perimeter D
@Ldkav04@Trevor40878381@FormerylNurgle@CardsNTickers@StanUsmnt How is it built around the working class when there’s no hard salary caps? FFP is nothing like a salary cap. If you manage to build a miracle like Leicester you might have one of your best player bought out. The tried and tested way is to have rich owners.
@Ldkav04@Trevor40878381@FormerylNurgle@CardsNTickers@StanUsmnt ManU was able to salvage its horrible season by still being able to attract stars. Spurs might be able to do the same. Mainly reputation + financial might/disparity. But that’s besides the point.. the point of the draft is to reduce disparity in star power.
@defenderof73399@MrKrabsKachow@Lkay_398@MLind20@marshallcotiger@StanUsmnt No the highest chances of winning is praying to whatever deity you believe in for a wealthy owner or group to buy your club so you can have some sort of spending power. If you’re Leicester you lose your best player the same summer you win the league.
@defenderof73399@Lkay_398@MLind20@marshallcotiger@StanUsmnt Spurs are an outright anomaly in the big 6 and would never go the way of Leicester solely due to name. Leicester had a major star siphoned from them the same summer that they won the league. It went completely downhill from there.
@Ldkav04@Trevor40878381@FormerylNurgle@CardsNTickers@StanUsmnt Yes evidently most fans are totally ok with tanking 1 year than 30 years of mediocrity… that’s just true. The reality is that you’re probably fan of a massive market team that doesn’t have to deal with the consequences of relegation. Your club owner can buy out stars easier.
@fortzon@CardsNTickers@StanUsmnt The beauty of massive markets buying out stars from smaller club markets? Only one of the big 6 teams had a serious case of relegation in like, 50 years (man city and Chelsea were small time markets before having wealthy oligarchs from foriegn countries buy their clubs).
