The audacity. This to me was the perfect depiction of our current state. People talking about their feelings being hurt while there are others barely surviving. Taking a stand matters. I don’t care about this muppet crying on stage I care that a father had his child targeted, or that a man lost his whole family in seconds or another one saw his sister targeted. Yet this guy decided it was the worst week of his life because people were not going to stand there and allow him to set a plight back because of cowardice. How dare you?

I am not asking anybody to hate on this guy but rather to reject what he represents; a system that’s telling you to not care - to keep “politics” out of it.

27 year old Palestinian woman Shorouq Abu Ghalyoun, displaced in Mawasi Khan Younis, is battling cancer inside a tent. She has already lost her right foot, and now parts of her left foot are deteriorating due to the lack of chemotherapy amid the ongoing war.

Her condition reflects the growing crisis for cancer patients across Gaza, left without access to essential treatment.
