🚨Thrilled to welcome Grant Asman (@AsmanGrant) to Vantage Basketball as part of our 2026 pro rookie class, coming off an impressive All-Conference First Team campaign with @LipscombMBB averaging 14.2PPG and 5.8RPG on 64.5%TS.

With a coveted blend of size and skill, Asman projects as a dynamic 7-foot wing, capable impacting the game at the highest level. A smooth, quick-release shooter, creates NBA-level spacing, knocking down 37.2%3FG on 5.0 attempts per game, countering closeouts with fluid either-hand attacks for a 72% paint conversion, while leading the Bisons in AND-1s, FTA, and FTM (77.5% FT).

He combines a perpetual pick-and-pop threat with the size and speed to finish on the dive, returned 1.302PPP as a screener and 1.429PPP out of hand-offs. Highly-effective operating from ghost screens and stagger sets, produced 1.067PPP from off-screen looks.

Grant provides the flexibility to anchor modern 1-through-5 switch schemes. Impactful on-ball, disrupts perimeter handlers, while remaining active off-ball, protecting the rim and contesting shots across all levels. Possesses the wingspan and footspeed to “guard two,” consistently making multiple efforts to close out defensive possessions. Ranked top-5% vs. hand-offs, top-10% defending PNR-screeners, and top-20% on closeouts.
