@kenkenlewu@Allyxploit25 Why would your partner know the password to your work device? I assume the resignation email was sent from her work email and on a work device.
@02Awesome@_folaajibola@The_Girl0nline Yes you are right big companies have HR business partners responsible for different departments in the organisation. The IT HR business partner might be different from Facilities HR business partner.
@02Awesome@_folaajibola@The_Girl0nline They conduct interviews, and decide who gets the job. In addition, they actually structure the job ad or tells HR what to advertise. Some departments might be lacking a particular skill and might add that to the job ad to guide HR on what they want.
@02Awesome@_folaajibola@The_Girl0nline Maybe in some companies, but as per standard, HR manages the hiring process by posting the job ad, screening CVs and scheduling interviews but they do not make the final hiring decision. The Hiring manager, they review CVs that pass HR screening process.
@_folaajibola@The_Girl0nline HR simply advertises the job and assists the hiring manager, but the hiring manager makes the final decision. He/she is responsible for defining the role (whatever they say that’s what HR advertises) , interviewing the candidates and making final decisions.
@_folaajibola@The_Girl0nline The funny thing is that HR is not the hiring manager. The hiring manager is the person you will report to, the team leader is supervisor if you are hired. For instance, if you are applying for a role in the IT department, the IT manager is the hiring manager, not HR.

Childbirth should bring joy.
But in Nigeria, too many women walk into hospitals and come out with empty arms.
Let’s stop treating stillbirth like a taboo. It’s time to learn, act, and speak up.
I saw this tweet and it hit me hard.
“Our dreams are relative to the size of our exposure.”
And honestly, if you’re a parent, this should shake you a little. Because one of the best gifts you can ever give your child is exposure.
Not money.
Not even formal education.
Exposure.
Children are literally sponges. Their brains are still forming. Their view of the world is still blank. They can only dream as far as they’ve seen.
But most children don’t get that chance.
Their lives follow the same routine every single day.
Wake up.
Go to school.
Do math and English.
Come home.
Eat. Sleep. Repeat.
Even the parents who try sometimes end up limiting their kids with their own beliefs. They’ll say things like “My child is very smart, but he’s always drawing nonsense”…and just like that, they kill what could have been a design genius.
Many kids are not failing because they are not smart.
They’re failing because their imagination has never been stretched.
They’ve never been exposed to anything beyond what’s directly in front of them.
And that’s on us.
As a parent, your job is to give them options. Show them the world. Let them touch different things. Music. Sports. Building. Art. Dance. Coding. Storytelling. Anything. Everything. Let them explore.
Because you never really know what will make your child stand out.
And when you find what they gravitate toward — even if it’s not what you had in mind. Support it. Push it. Create structure around it.
That’s how genius starts.
That’s how you raise children who don’t just survive in life… but stand out.
That’s what we’re doing inside Tensai Kids.
We’re building a system that helps parents raise smarter, sharper, and more exposed children — without stress or pressure.
If you can afford to travel, travel. If you can’t, let them read, watch, observe, ask, play. Just don’t raise a child in a small box and expect them to dream big.
Because exposure is what expands the mind.
And a child can never become what they’ve never even seen.
