On Sunday, Adriano completed his '8in8foram8te' challenge, running 8 marathons in 8 days, finishing with the Manchester marathon.

And he’s not slowing down. This Sunday he’s taking on London, with Leeds lined up for May.

He’s already raised over £12,000, helping us make every day matter for people affected by motor neurone disease.

We’ll be out there cheering him on again this weekend.

@MicrosoftHelps I have waited a week and STILL cannot retrieve my account. My phone and another are NOT receiving the text verifications. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP. It won’t allow me to try the back email address. Just keeps asking for texts. This is absolutely horrendous service

I have asked for a formal complaints process but yet to receive one. I was told to wait 7 days from the last sign on attempt, yet every bit of guidance tells me to try again, meaning every time I try I need to wait 7 days again according to you. This support is not acceptable

@MicrosoftHelps My account was blocked after replying to a legitimate email and I’ve been waiting 24 hours for a recovery text that never arrives. This is incredibly frustrating , I’m trying to support a charity and I’m completely locked out for no reason. I need this fixed asap

I have had no contact, or emails for days. FAQS state if I keep trying it’ll block me for longer. Come @MicrosoftHelps you must be better than this for such a large company. Had this account for 20 years and all of a sudden I’m locked out with no resolution.
