I was travelling on a train service in the UK, we were ON BOARD & left the station ON TIME. However, in during our journey, a red signal (traffic light) delayed the travel time by 16 MINUTES & we got refunded part of our fare for that delay.

However, the underlying issues have to be addressed. This is a reoccurring problem with Air Peace.

The arrogance, insensitivity and corporate irresponsibility must end. Flight delays and cancellations have been normalized by this airline.

To specifics, the Air Peace should refund my fare with appropriate compensation. I can no longer travel to Enugu today since my court appearance has been overtaken by event.

I have confirmed that Air Peace checked the stranded passengers who still wanted to travel into a makeshift hotel.

From the information provided by one of the passengers, the ‘hotel’ had no water, and the pasta they were served wasn’t in good taste.

Also, the rescheduled flight is supposed to depart Lagos for Enugu by 2:40 pm.

As at 2:40 pm, Air Peace did not call for boarding.

This implies that the rescheduled flight has been further delayed.

As at the time of posting this response, the distressed passengers are still waiting at the Murtala Muhammad Airport Terminal 1.

You can easily verify this.

I agree that we should encourage our local airlines, however, that must not be to the detriment of the customers.

Customer satisfaction must take precedence over revenue and profit generation.

@flyairpeace has sent me what looks like curated and default messages.

I do not want this issue to be about me as an individual. They have to overhaul their customer service system.

Nigerians are exhausted by their terrible services.

Once again, I want them to refund my fare and compensate me appropriately.

The biggest beneficiary of the “OK” alliance will be Alh. KWANKWASO, not PO.

Since we’re making hypothetical analysis & say OK wins 2027 elections, PO has said he’d do 1 TERM & leave and per your “South-North turn” basis, power would need to return to the North in 2031!

Say Kwankwaso emerges VP IF the OK ticket wins against the APC, he’ll sit quietly for 4 years & in 2031 when he WILL run for the 001 position, even the SOUTH EAST will queue behind him for “accepting” to be VP under Obi. If Obi decides to run for a second term, he would, in my opinion, destroy his “credibility” as his word would, thereafter, mean nothing & the north would loathe him!

Is Obi just a vehicle to wrestle power out of the APC & hand it over to someone else after 4 years?

What tangible achievement will be recorded in that 4 years?
