1.Proof of casting vote in previous election with unique EPIC number.
2.Proof of deletion of his name from the last Voting centre.
3.Proof of Citizenship of India by providing PRC of his original state.
Assam is a special status state under the Assam Accord.

Assam: Education Minister has confirmed that HS students who will be admitted outside Assam or drop to enrol for coaching will not get scooters.

However, this was not mentioned in the eligibility criteria for the same stated earlier this year when the scheme was introduced.

This is not but injustice to the students who expected to get a scooter after scoring good marks.

CM @himantabiswa, @ranojpeguassam should think about this.

DBRT must be converted into a Railway museum to take hold of its heritage glamour. Now since Dibrugarh is turned a Municipal Corporation, it has proposed to expand till Dikam to Bogibeel bridge covering a huge area. It should be in the center of the proposed Dibrugarh at Banipur.
