Today is a special day for me because this is my 4-year anniversary of being sober.

Just over four years ago I was shameless and out of control drunk. Vodka in Gatorade bottle, falling over backward in the grocery store drunk. I lost jobs, friends, my family, and my home.

I tried to quit many times and failed, but finally God gave me victory and a new life, free of alcohol and free of depression. Despite everything, I'm convinced I'm the most fortunate person I know. Glory to God.
