@Muna_Abdi_Phd This isn't a "Dear white person" issue. This is mostly a left-right issue. Many ethnic minority conservatives in the US and the UK disagree with institutional racism. Look at Sunak, he explains that racism happens, but the UK isn't racist. Opinions vary on the political spectrum.
