@GeoffWilkinson Geoff, RBKC admitting liability would have no effect on the legal precedent set in Murphy, also not sure that RBKC have PI as many LAs don’t which may be why they are the only ones to admit any liability I would guess that the insurers of everyone else are calling the shots.
