TO ALL ARMYS PLANNING TO ATTEND THE BTS COMEBACK CONCERT AT GWANGHWAMUN SQUARE

We sincerely ask all ARMY planning to attent #BTS concert on March 21th to carefully read this message.

Korean media and government has reported concerns about possible overnight camping, excessive occupation of public spaces, and safety risks ahead of the concert. Authorities and the Seoul Metropolitan Government are closely monitoring the situation due to potential overcrowding and gatherings starting the day before the event.

The concert area is home to historically and culturally significant heritage sites that must be protected. Protecting cultural heritage is not optional — it is a responsibility. Any overnight camping, blocking sidewalks, climbing structures , accessing rooftops, or occupying restricted areas can damage protected spaces and create serious public safety risks.

Even if certain actions may not immediately violate criminal law, they can still lead to administrative penalties, stricter future restrictions, and severe public backlash. The media and authorities will not separate one individual’s behavior from BTS or the fandom as a whole.

If even one incident harms cultural property or public order, the criticism will fall on BTS.

Please strongly emphasize to international and local ARMYs:
• Protect cultural heritage and public spaces
• No occupying public or restricted areas
• No climbing or accessing restricted areas
• No overnight camping * If some choose to camping, you must do so responsibly and with the utmost respect but please don���t do that!
• Do not leave any trash behind. Keep all areas clean and ensure that all waste is properly collected and disposed of after and before the concert!

The image of ARMY is the image of BTS.

This is about respect — for the city, its history, its cultural heritage, public safety, and for BTS.
