At least 30 civilians killed including the artist in yesterday junta bomb on the 9th KIO Brigade while they holding a commemorative ceremony in Hpakan, Kachin State.

Villages in the northwestern part of Sagaing Township have been set on fire by Junta troops since the second week of April and clashes broke out between the Junta troops and local defense forces in Tharsi Lay and Nyaung Pin Shay villages, causing casualties on both sides.
