When Netflix FIRES C Level executives for racial slur, they do it because it's public. When an employee reports racism behind the scenes, they are told to "tell them to stop". THAT WAS ALL HE DID ABOUT IT! @VernaMyers @badassboz

I went to a Director at @netflix and said "in a team meeting, multiple team members were teasing one person about their race (Asian). The person being teased laughed it off but it was really uncomfortable and wrong". The Director said "huh...well....next time tell them to stop".
