@JessMcFarlinMD They key words should be “with a Hx significant for…” Lots of trash gets piled up into e-medical records (old diagnoses that no one has bothered to click resolve, etc) so weighing and filtering through the endless problem lists is exhausting. I ❤️ a good+concise starting summary
