Open Interest Analysis:

ITM call writers are squeezed out again.

But, 24000 Call Writers still haven’t liquidated their positions.

They are in danger now, their SL is not too far considering premium structures.

ITM put writing continues.

Today’s FED outcome will be decisive.

Considering recent Data and War, people are expecting Hawkish Stance but I personally expect Dowish Stance simply because of Crude Melt Down almost at pre-war levels which will ultimately lead to lower inflation and planning for next cycle for FEDZ

Tomorrow will be decisive day for 24000 Call writers.

Lets hope for the best.

My observation: May Nonfarm Payrolls 172,000 aaye — expectations se bohot zyada. Saath mein CPI 4.2% — hot inflation.

Yeh dono triggers ban sakte hain naye Fed Chairman Kevin Warsh aur committee members ke liye rate hike consider karne ka ya Hawkish Stance rakhne ka.

Lekin important nuance:
Middle East tensions ease ho gaye hain. Crude crash ho gaya — almost pre-war levels pe wapas.

Inflation naturally ease hogi jab crude easing ho rahi hai.
Plus — yeh Non-Farm payrolls data majorly FIFA World Cup hiring se deployed tha.

Kahi American business news houses ne yeh thesis acknowledge kiya hai jo maine weeks pehle discuss kiya tha.

Yeh sab interconnected hai — Fed yeh dhyan mein rakhega.

Current expectations:
Kuch business houses hold expect karte hain. Kuch 25 bps hike bhi expect kar rahe hain.
We never know, FED's Chair might, I repeat"might" take dowish stance going further.

Dynamics consider karke positions plan karo.

Also, FED's future and Kevin Warsh's first commentary as FED's Chair outlook will matter a lot with Crude crashing down.

Simple reason — jo kal discuss kiya tha:

24,000 ke call writers ki quantity insane hai.

Aur jaise hi market 24,000 ke upar sustain karne ki koshish karta hai — woh panic mein aa jaate hain.

Isliye —

Market neeche aata hai → VIX cool off hota current scenario m considering heavy 24000 writters
Market upar jaa rha hai → VIX increase ho rha hai kyunki aaj ke dynamics aise hai.

Please please don’t generalise these.
Learn to analyse.

Nutshell mein:

IV (Implied Volatility) VIX se derive hoti hai.

Jahaan option writers panic karte hain — wahan panic badhta hai, IV badhti hai.

24,000 ke call writers abhi exactly is panic mein hain.

Jis din yeh apni positions liquidate karna shuru karenge

24000 is the max paint point where all tussle is going & last wall of defence for Bears.

If not, then again will have to wait for 24000 and beyond.

In my opinion: If sustained above 24150+, in no time we might even see 24500.

In nutshell, FII’s bearishness is decreasing.
