And no, I’m not saying Tony Stark is a worse inventor. I’m saying people massively underestimate what Jaime Reyes is actually carrying on his back.

The Scarab isn’t conventional armor. It’s an alien weapon that reacts to threats, protects Jaime automatically, generates weapons instantly, creates shields, allows flight, and gives him strength and durability far beyond a normal human.

And here’s the scary part: Jaime doesn’t have to build, equip, or manually switch between those weapons. Khaji-Da can adapt to the situation in real time.

Tony Stark has superior engineering, battle experience and arguably better ranged technology. But Tony is still operating a suit.

Jaime is bonded to an alien weapon that was literally designed for combat.

In a fight with zero preparation, Tony has to figure out what the Scarab can do while fighting it, Khaji-Da just has to figure out Tony.
